Journey begins on the 45th floor of the city’s tallest building. Massive windows on this reception floor frames pretty much everything from Tokyo Tower, National Stadium to Mt. Fuji.

Often referred to as a “hotel within a hotel”, The Ritz-Carlton Club Level embodies a luxurious ‘residence,’ featuring reception, garden terrace, dining room, and library lounge, where the atmosphere of each transforms throughout the day.Natural elements of the surrounding landscapes are incorporated into these spaces, which creates a sense of place as well as juxtaposition between the east and west – from the carpet design inspired from Japanese stone pavement to the wallpaper representing haze.

Check-in takes place at the club lounge while you enjoy the art of afternoon tea and the panoramic breathtaking view of Tokyo from the 53rd floor. Sun begins to set just after around 4:30 in the afternoon and it becomes the perfect place to immerse in Autumn sunset (it was October when I stayed).
美しい都会の景色を展望できる「クラブラウンジ」で、アフタヌーンティーを楽しみながらチェックインを済ませられるのもクラブレベルへの宿泊の特徴です。午後4時を過ぎると沈む夕日が室内を心地よいオレンジ色に染め、昼間とはまた違った雰囲気に。
