Domestic orders are shipped via Japan Post service, and delivery times can vary between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location. International orders will be shipped via Japan Post and may take between 1 and 8 business days from the date of delivery pick-up, subject to the recipient's responsibility for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It's worth noting that we are committed to re-delivering, replacing, or refunding items (as per your choice) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery.
