Deep Tissue Massage

My personal choice, ‘Deep Tissue Massage’ restores and healed the body after a day of snorkelling. This was a personalised full body massage, with medium to strong pressure, which released the muscle tension from head to toe.

私が選んだのはシュノーケリングで使った筋肉を和らげ、癒してくれる「ディープ ティシュー マッサージ」。こちらはミディアムから強めの圧で、頭からつま先まで筋肉の緊張をほぐしてくれる、フルボディマッサージ。
