KOKUTAN DETOX TREATMENT

Kokutan Detox Treatment is one of the Spa’s original treatments. 
The treatment ritual begins with a Sake infused foot bath followed by ‘purifying of hands’ ritual – sprinkling a small portion of the scented byakudan (sandalwood) powder into your palms and let it smooth out.
Followed by whole body massage where a Kokutan (ebony) cane is used as a massaging tool to relieve muscle tensions – ebony is one of the noble woods and has a long history. The treatment follows by an aromatic Hinoki and Yuzu essential oil treatment which helps fluid retention and detoxification of the body.
