Existing in an enviable location, The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong offer eye opening views that is also visible through the oversized windows of the treatment rooms. You have the option to keep the cityscape and harbor framed or choose to close the shades whilst the treatment is in progress.

This is where you could rinse away stress with refreshing waters and absorb positive energy with a relaxing soak in the bath or the vitality pool. It’s a cozy paradise with a crystal steam room, rhassoul chamber and ice fountains for the ladies, and a flotation tank and Finnish sauna for the men.

THE TREATMENT

An hour and a half of Well Feeling

‍An hour and a half of wellness retreat and positive energy has led me to spiritual healing and a new state of mindfulness. The treatment was called “Crystal Healing Therapy”. I loved the blissful Deep Tissue Massage combined with Reiki and Crystal Therapy along with the singing bowl purification ritual. This full-body massage menu uses the healing qualities of crystals chosen by you and a tailor-made massage technique according to your body conditions, whether it be to ease stiffness, boost your immune system and/or increase energy. The whole treatment left me in total bliss, especially with the use of their divine aromatherapy massage oils which exudes comfortable and relaxing scents.

私は今回『クリスタル・ヒーリング・セラピー』というトリートメントを受けました。シンギング・ボウル→ディープティッシュ―マッサージ→レイキ→クリスタルの順に、あらゆる治療を受けられるセラピーで、肩こり改善・免疫力アップ・エネルギーチャージ等その人のコンディションに合わせたマッサージを行ってくれます。マッサージオイルのアロマがとても良い香りなので、深いリラックゼーションを体験することができました。トリートメント後の身体はリチャージされ、生まれ変わった気分に☽
